About Samantha

Samantha brings more than ten years of experience to business disputes, real estate conflicts, and claims involving professional liability. As a business-minded litigator, she builds a customized strategy for each client, listening carefully and staying focused on the big picture while solving problems proactively. Most of her cases are in Ontario, though her practice has also taken her to British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba. She once chaired the Ontario Bar Association's civil litigation section executive and currently serves on the OBA's Provincial Council, having chaired and spoken at numerous seminars for the Law Society of Ontario and the OBA. Samantha holds an Executive MBA from the Ivey School of Business and has published articles and led CPD sessions focused on the business side of legal practice. She also co-wrote a piece with Lorne Sossin examining inquisitorial processes within administrative regimes.
