About David
David Orman is the managing partner of Orman Immigration Law, which he established in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario (1991) and has been a member of the Ontario Bar Association since 1994. He has made more than 70 appearances before the Federal Court of Canada on sponsorship appeals, temporary resident refusals, humanitarian refusals, and refugee appeals, and more than 100 appearances before the Immigration and Refugee Board on sponsorship refusals, refugee matters, deportation appeals, and misrepresentation findings.
