About Victoria

Victoria Melnyk practises civil and matrimonial litigation, wills and estate planning, and estate administration and litigation. She joined Malicki Sanchez as an articling student in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar the following year. Her law degree is from Osgoode Hall Law School, and she also holds a Master's degree from the University of Toronto and a PhD from the University of Waterloo. Alongside her practice, she teaches at the graduate level at the University of Toronto.
