About Sadhna

Sadhna is a litigator who clerked with the Alberta Court of King's Bench in Calgary, assisting with family matters including parenting, support, relocation and Hague Convention issues, as well as civil litigation and criminal matters. Before joining Hayher Lee she completed her articles at a large regional firm, working primarily in civil litigation. She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, majoring in Business, Economics and Law, before attending law school at the University of Victoria. During law school she was an editor for the Appeal Law Journal and completed a practicum at the University of Victoria's Law Centre assisting low-income clients.
