About Jasmine
Jasmine is a litigator who has advocated for clients in Alberta's Court of Justice and Court of King's Bench, in British Columbia's Provincial and Supreme Courts, and before various arbitral and administrative tribunals. She brings a background in corporate, securities and commercial disputes, employment law and professional negligence to her family law practice, which covers divorce, child custody and property division involving business assets. She was called to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2022 and the Law Society of Alberta in 2023. She has served as an Editorial Board Member and Chairperson of the Alberta Law Review and volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance and Pro Bono Law Alberta's Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project.
