About Keaton
Keaton Buchberger's practice covers tax planning for businesses and families, including corporate reorganizations, succession planning, acquisitions, corporate governance and international business expansions, with experience in farming, technology start-ups, Indigenous-led organizations and professional corporations. He is an instructor at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law on international taxation. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2020 after earning his Juris Doctor there in 2019 and his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in 2016, and is active with the Canadian Bar Association's Taxation Law Section and the Canadian Tax Foundation's Young Practitioners Group in Edmonton.
