About Ryley
Ryley Mennie is Senior Counsel at macushlaw, focusing on employment, human rights, and litigation matters. Mennie previously worked as a labour and employment law associate at a large national firm, and later led the Workplace Law Group at an Indigenous, business, and litigation boutique firm in Vancouver. The practice includes employment standards, human rights, and privacy compliance, contract and policy drafting, workplace investigations, and litigation before courts and tribunals such as the BC Human Rights Tribunal and the BC Employment Standards Tribunal, along with employment and human rights matters arising in commercial transactions and union organizing. Mennie has presented at BC Continuing Legal Education conferences, co-chaired the CBABC Employment Law Subsection, and taught human resources management courses at Simon Fraser University and Capilano University.
