About Serina
Serina Sharda practices corporate, commercial, and immigration law at macushlaw, advising clients on governance, structuring, reorganizations, and operational matters, as well as on immigration issues connected to employment, including workforce mobility and recruitment of foreign workers. Sharda's practice previously included refugee and humanitarian immigration matters, which continues to inform an interest in access to justice. Sharda completed legal studies at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, was called to the bar in Ontario in 2015, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2023.
