About Ryan
Ryan Shin is an Associate in R&D LLP's Business Law Group, advising clients on corporate and commercial matters as well as residential and commercial real estate transactions. His work includes reviewing commercial contracts, leading due diligence, drafting and negotiating M&A agreements, and preparing loan and security documentation. He articled at R&D's predecessor firm, later gained experience at a boutique real estate and commercial practice, and returned to the team in 2021. He received his Juris Doctor from Queen's University Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto Scarborough. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
