About Ryan
Ryan J. Hager co-founded HD Law Group and has practised in Calgary in commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing, business transactions, business structures, corporate governance, and wills since 2003. Ryan has represented clients in several thousand residential conveyancing transactions and has developed particular experience advising developers and home owners on easements and restrictive covenants and their impact on inner-city development. Ryan focuses on producing clear, understandable documents and making sure clients are fully informed before making business or legal planning decisions.
