About Paul
Paul Stalder is an associate at HD Law Group. Before joining the firm he worked at a local Calgary firm where his primary areas of focus were corporate law, wills and estates, and residential real estate. He advises clients on a range of corporate matters including incorporations, commercial agreements, and employment agreements, and helps clients create estate plans that reflect their individual wishes. His prior civil litigation experience gives him a particular focus on avoiding, managing, and mitigating risk for clients.
