About Jason
Jason L. Demers co-founded HD Law Group and has appeared and argued cases before the Alberta courts for over 15 years, first as a paralegal in the Provincial Courts and then as a lawyer. Jason holds both American and Canadian law degrees and has assisted clients in criminal, personal injury, family, corporate, builders' lien, and contract litigation matters. Jason's cases include R v Stephan, 2019 ABQB 715, Semex Alliance v Hi Tech Dairy Equipments Inc., 2019 ABQB 70, and R v Van Mackelberg, 2017 ABQB 744. Jason also works as a mediator and arbitrator.
