About Rudy

Rudy Rocque is an associate practising real estate, condominium law and civil litigation. His real estate work covers undisclosed defects, failed or delayed closings, construction deficiencies and property or boundary disputes, while his condominium practice deals with bylaw enforcement, repair and maintenance responsibilities and governance issues. His litigation work centres on insurance defence for bodily injury claims and contractual disputes. Rudy was called to the Alberta bar in 2019, and holds an LLB from the University of Exeter and a BA in history and political science from the University of Calgary.
