About Royal
Royal Morton has practised litigation in British Columbia for over 27 years. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario, he moved to Vancouver in 1997 to article at a national firm, later working at a downtown litigation boutique before joining McQuarrie. His practice covers land-related disputes, including commercial and residential sale agreements, strata property and governance disputes, and construction matters, along with debtor-creditor disputes, shareholder conflicts, and professional disciplinary representation. He takes a practical, cost-conscious approach and Benchmark Litigation named him a Star in its 13th edition.
