Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionKayla Strong is a trial and appellate lawyer practicing commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and bankruptcy and insolvency. She has appeared before British Columbia courts and administrative and arbitral tribunals in matters involving CCAA and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act proceedings, receiverships, and shareholder disputes. She clerked for the Chief Justice of British Columbia after graduating from the Allard School of Law as gold medallist. Strong was called to the British Columbia bar in 2017 and holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. from Cornell University. She is a co-editor of the Civil Appeal Handbook and an adjunct professor at the Allard School of Law. She has been recognized as a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation and Up and Coming by Chambers and Partners.
