About Richard
Richard B. Pearce, originally from Vancouver Island, practises commercial and insurance litigation, professional errors and omissions, realization and foreclosure, bankruptcy and insolvency, personal injury, and real estate litigation. He is a graduate of the UBC Faculty of Law and served as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Pearce holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria (1995), a Master of Arts from the University of Western Ontario (1996), and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia (2000), and was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2002.
