About Kimberley

Kimberley's practice focuses primarily on family law, including marriage and separation agreements, uncontested divorces, unbundled services, and helping clients navigate separation, and also extends to the firm's civil litigation group. Kimberley has appeared frequently before the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia, and favours resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation and arbitration where possible. Kimberley earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 2006 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2010, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 and to the British Columbia Bar in 2018, and is fluent in French and English. Outside the office, Kimberley coaches with the Kelowna Minor Basketball Association and fosters cats and kittens for the Okanagan Humane Society.
