About Roxanne
Roxanne Ouellette is a litigation partner at McKercher LLP's Regina office practising family law and insurance law. She has appeared before Saskatchewan courts at all levels, including the Court of Appeal, handling family disputes involving parenting, child and spousal support, and property division, including complex estates with corporations, partnerships, and farmland. She serves on the Executive of the Family Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association's Saskatchewan branch. Roxanne earned a Bachelor of Arts from York University in 2009 and a Juris Doctor with first class honours from Bond University in 2013, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2015.
