About Sherry

Sherry Fitzsimmons is a partner at McDougall Gauley in Saskatoon, focusing on family law including divorce, property division, spousal and child support, and parenting matters. She has more than 25 years of experience negotiating agreements and litigating cases at all levels of court, and also works as a family law arbitrator and trained collaborative lawyer. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada since 2013 and is regularly listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan in 1992 and her Bachelor of Laws in 1995, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1996.
