About Paul
Paul H.A. Korpan, K.C. is a Partner at Kanuka Thuringer LLP in Regina, an experienced litigator practising primarily in family law, estate litigation, and civil litigation. He has argued cases before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and regularly represents clients on separation, divorce, custody and parenting arrangements, spousal and child support, property division, and adoptions, with particular experience in complex property division involving pensions, farms, and business interests. He also prepares pre-marital and post-marital agreements and related estate plans, works as a family law mediator, and is a frequent presenter at family law and ethics training seminars. Korpan is a Past President of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and former Chair of the Saskatchewan Police Commission, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Family Law since 2009. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan (1979), was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1980, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2005.
