Rose Oushalkas is Of Counsel at Caravel Law, focusing on regulatory initiatives, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions work. Earlier in her career, as in-house counsel at several companies, Rose led on regulatory and legal matters worldwide, including commercial transactions and IP work covering software, patents, and trademarks, as well as operations spanning rail, shipping, trucking, logistics, and automated warehousing, along with human resources and cross-border corporate commercial matters. She has also provided legal advice covering corporate governance, revenue transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, while overseeing product and service activities, employee matters, and commercial litigation.
