About Ronan

Ronan Reinart practises business and entertainment law at Bell Alliance LLP, advising businesses, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, and creative professionals on corporate structuring, real estate co-ownership, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property protection. With over 20 years of experience, Ronan works with business owners, executives, boards, and private investors on building durable legal frameworks for assets and relationships. Originally from Winnipeg, Ronan holds a law degree from the University of Manitoba's Robson Hall and a B.A. in English literature from Simon Fraser University. Ronan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and serves on the board of directors for the Tempest Theatre and Film Society in Penticton, BC.
