About Grace
Grace Kung practises corporate and commercial law at Bell Alliance LLP, with a focus on small to mid-sized businesses. Before joining the firm in 2019, Grace was a summer and articling student at Aydin Bird Business Lawyers. Grace earned an undergraduate degree in political science and philosophy from UBC and a law degree from Thompson Rivers University, and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. Grace has helped clients with franchise matters, corporate and commercial agreements, business purchases and sales, incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and commercial leasing.
