About Ronald

Ronald is a Vancouver estate and family lawyer who practices all areas of family law, including complex asset division involving trusts and corporate shares, income determination in cases with differing effective tax rates, and high-conflict parenting matters. Called to the bar in 2021, he has appeared in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and Provincial Court of British Columbia, and favours out-of-court settlements for efficiency, turning to tailor-made litigation strategies when needed. His practice also includes preparing wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and advance directives, and he is an affiliate member of STEP Canada. He practiced family law and estate planning at a Vancouver family boutique firm before joining Carraig Law Group in 2024. He is conversational in Mandarin and Cantonese.
