About Catherine

Catherine J. Wong practises exclusively in family and fertility law as a litigator, family law mediator, and collaborative lawyer at Daykin Walker Kaderly Wahid LLP. She graduated from UBC Law in 2007 and was called to the bar in 2008, initially practising criminal law before focusing exclusively on family law since 2012. Wong was counsel in the first British Columbia case recognizing a child as having three legal parents when conceived without reproductive technology, and regularly presents on family and fertility law, including as co-chair of CLEBC's Fertility Law Conference. She has served on the City of Vancouver's 2SLGBTQIA+ Advisory Committee and as former board chair of Out on Screen.
