About Robert

Robert Evans is a partner at RWE Family Law and an accredited family law mediator who has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. He focuses on family law, aiming to advance clients' legal positions with sound advice and strong advocacy for people from all cultural and economic backgrounds. From 2020 to 2021 Robert served on a BC Law Institute committee modernizing the Child, Family and Community Service Act, and he volunteers for a victim services shelter with the Vancouver & Lower Mainland Multicultural Family Support Services Society. Robert was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2011, and is also called in Texas and New York. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and a B.A. in Applied Psychology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
