About Rodney

Rod has represented clients in significant litigation at trial and appellate levels for over 30 years, including senior decision-makers at utility companies, health authorities, universities, and colleges, and appears regularly before administrative tribunals and on judicial review applications. He served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia after his 1995 call and is an adjunct professor at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, teaching ethics.
