About Kevin

Kevin Marshall maintains a civil litigation and dispute resolution practice focused on construction law, commercial litigation, and administrative law, and has appeared before the BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court, and in mediated and arbitrated disputes. Marshall serves as a director of the St. Thomas More Collegiate Foundation, a lawyer and pro bono roster member with the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada, a regional attorney for the National Lacrosse League, and a certified contract advisor for the Canadian Football League Players Association.
