About Rocky

Rocky Lofranco has spent his entire legal career representing victims of motor vehicle collisions who suffered serious injuries and impairments, while also managing statutory accident benefits claims for his clients. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1975 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts and went on to earn his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1978. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1980 and to the British Columbia bar in 2017. His practice covers car, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, slip and fall injuries, spinal cord and brain injuries, and long-term disability claims. Rocky is a member of several professional associations, including the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice, among others.
