About Rocco

Rocco Ruso founded RAR Litigation after building his career in construction law, and his practice covers the full range of construction and commercial disputes. He has grown a strong commercial litigation practice as well, often representing developers in real estate disputes involving surety bond claims, construction liens, breach of contract, trust claims, and delay claims. He has appeared at every level of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Commercial List, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, representing some of the province's largest contractors and developers. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004 and a B.A. (Honours) magna cum laude from York University, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Law Society of Ontario, and Advocates' Society.
