About Robina

Robina Khan is a family law lawyer and certified mediator who practises exclusively in family law. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 and earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude, after completing an Honours BA in Psychology and Arts and Business at the University of Waterloo. She trained and worked as an associate under Cathryn Paul at Paul Family Law Professional Corporation before opening her own practice, Oakville Mediation. Robina is a certified mediator with the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO), having completed a Certificate in Family Mediation at York University covering family mediation, family relations, and screening for family violence and power imbalances. She also coaches mediators-in-training through the FDRIO Mediation Practicum Course, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Halton County Law Association, FDRIO, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
