Robert Yeager founded the firm in 1996 and practiced employment law in Vancouver for 28 years before retiring at the end of 2023. He appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of British Columbia, various employment tribunals, and the Federal Court of Canada, and worked at two large Vancouver law firms before starting his own employment-focused practice. He holds an honours degree in history from the University of British Columbia and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario.
