About Brendan
Brendan Harvey has practised employment law exclusively since being called to the bar in 2014, acting only on behalf of employees at every stage of the employment relationship. His practice covers employment contracts, non-compete agreements, severance negotiations, wrongful dismissal claims, and workplace discrimination matters. He prioritizes early settlement, though when litigation is necessary he represents clients before the BC Supreme Court, BC Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Branch, and Canada Labour Code adjudicators. He serves as a trustee on the City of North Vancouver's Library Board.
