About Andrew

Andrew Pearson was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1989 and began his career as a corporate solicitor before shifting his practice exclusively to civil litigation. He has experience across a broad range of commercial litigation disputes, including corporate commercial, insurance, securities, construction, and regulatory matters, as well as employment and class action litigation. He has appeared at all levels of the Superior Courts of British Columbia, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
