About Robert
Robert Raizenne has extensive experience across tax planning and transactional work, including cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, international tax, and trusts. He also litigates tax matters, having represented clients such as J.D. Irving Limited in a successful appeal of a Revenu Quebec reassessment and Homburg Invest in a multi-billion-dollar debt restructuring. Robert teaches as an adjunct professor of tax law at both McGill University and the University of Toronto and is a frequent speaker at the Canadian Tax Foundation's Annual Conference. He holds a B.C.L. from McGill University, an M.A. from the University of Toronto, and a B.A. from Concordia University.
