About Alice

Alice Florian is a lawyer in Pointe-Claire practising in family law, employment law, and criminal law. She joined the firm in 2018 under the mentorship of founder Daniel Cooper and took over the practice in 2022. Her family law work includes divorce and separation, child custody, and child support; her employment work covers wrongful dismissal and non-competition disputes; and her criminal work includes impaired driving, shoplifting, and assault matters. She favours a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and opposing parties to reach mutually beneficial settlements as an alternative to litigation, and is bilingual in English and French.
