About Robert
Robert P. Budgell built his civil litigation practice in the Niagara Region after finishing his studies at Queen's University Law School, articling, and completing the Bar Admission Program. He has handled considerable litigation matters, including trial work, and often turns to alternative dispute resolution. He previously served on the local law association's board and taught civil litigation at Niagara College for several years. His practice today covers civil, personal injury, estate and commercial litigation, and he now works at Flett Beccario in his hometown of Welland, Ontario. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1990 and earned his LL.B. from Queen's University, along with a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
