About John

John Ikola is an associate lawyer at Flett Beccario, practicing real estate and mortgages, wills and estates, corporate law, and employment law. He joined the Ontario bar in 2019, shortly after finishing his law degree at Western University. He articled with the firm and has continued on as an associate lawyer. Before entering law as a second career, John taught at Brock University for over 10 years, having earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics there with first class standing. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and the Welland County Law Association, and stays active in the community coaching and playing local sports.
