About Frank

Frank Gualtieri was called to the bar in 1995 after earning his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, including business purchases and sales, incorporations and start-ups, franchise matters, commercial leasing, shareholder agreements, amalgamations, income tax rollovers, and family trust deeds. Before turning to private practice at Flett Beccario, he spent several years as senior in-house counsel for a large multinational corporation, advising business clients on a wide range of complex issues. That in-house experience continues to inform the practical, business-focused advice he provides today.
