About Carlo

Carlo Gualtieri was called to the bar in 1995 after completing his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He earlier worked in operations accounting, experience that informs how he handles clients' commercial concerns. He practises corporate and commercial law, real estate including commercial leases, and wills and estates, representing individuals and private corporations in buying, selling and financing real estate, buying and selling companies, incorporating businesses, and preparing wills, powers of attorney and estate plans. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and local county law associations.
