About Julia

Julia joined Soloway Wright's Ottawa office in 2014 and is a partner in the Business & Corporate, Commercial Leasing, Corporate Finance & Securities and Real Estate & Development groups. Her transactional practice covers mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, and purchases and sales of real estate, along with advising clients on business structure and commercial leasing. Julia earned her JD from Dalhousie University in 2013, an MA from the University of Toronto in 2010, and a BSc (Honours) from Dalhousie in 2007; she was called to the bar in 2014. She has held leadership roles with the County of Carleton Law Association and the Women's Business Network of Canada.
