About Richard

Richard J. Gilborn's practice focuses on general commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial contract disputes, insolvency, employment law and torts. Richard also practices insurance law, professional negligence defence work and personal injury litigation, and is experienced in commercial arbitrations. Richard has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, the Court of Appeal of Saskatchewan, the Federal Court Trial Division, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2000.
