Ryan Algar is a partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP focusing on commercial litigation and restructuring and insolvency. He acts for lenders, debtors, trustees, monitors, and receivers in proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, particularly in the oil and gas sector. His litigation practice also covers debtor and creditor claims and employment disputes.
