About Richard
Richard (Rick) Cleveland has spent over 40 years living and working in White Rock and South Surrey and has built his practice on long-term relationships with clients in the community. He previously practised civil litigation and now focuses on family law, wills and estates, and employment law, assisting clients through marriage, divorce, estate planning and administration, and workplace matters. He holds a BA in Political Science and History from Concordia University and an LLB from the University of British Columbia.
