About Shawn
Shawn Smith has more than 15 years of experience in strata property and real estate law, working with strata corporations, developers, management companies and owners. His practice includes strata collections, drafting and enforcing strata bylaws, representing clients in court, and advising on the Civil Resolution Tribunal process. He writes on strata issues for organizations such as the Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association and the Canadian Condominium Institute and presents to strata owners and managers. He holds a BA in International Relations from UBC and an LLB from the University of Manitoba.
