About Kelly
Kelly Hodder's practice centres on governance and bylaw interpretation in strata property law, including drafting bylaws and resolutions, legal research, Land Title filings, and attending owner meetings for strata corporations and owners. She holds a BA from the University of Victoria, majoring in political science with a diploma in French, and a JD from Bond University in Australia. She interned with Domestic Violence Court in Queensland before returning to BC for articling and was called to the BC Bar in 2022.
