Richard C. Dusome is counsel in the firm's Hamilton office, practising in banking and financial services with focus on secured transactions, credit agreements and loan restructurings. He has been extensively involved in domestic and international, secured and unsecured financings and loan syndication transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers, and representing financial institutions and non-institutional lenders. He has extensive experience in drafting financing opinions and complex inter-creditor agreements, subordination agreements and forbearance arrangements.
