About Richard
Richard Bell is the founding partner of Bell Alliance LLP, which Richard established over 15 years ago as a community focused firm. Richard practises primarily in estate planning while continuing to assist clients with real estate transactions, and has served on the boards of the Arts Club, Small Housing B.C., and World Housing. Richard has helped clients with wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, alter ego and joint partner trusts, probate applications, and executor duties, as well as real estate purchases, sales, and refinances.
