About Dan
Dan Lintaman practises corporate-commercial law, commercial finance, and real estate at Webster Hudson & Coombe. He prepares and negotiates commercial contracts including share and asset purchase agreements, trust and agency agreements, software licensing agreements, and employment agreements. Lintaman completed his law degree at Thompson Rivers University in 2020 and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2021 after articling at a national firm in Vancouver. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria (2015).
