About Ricardo
Ricardo Golec is a senior associate at Schofield Macchia and Associates who appears regularly at all levels of court on behalf of clients facing a wide range of charges. His practice spans bail hearings, preliminary hearings, trials, and appeals, and he has particular experience and success defending impaired driving cases. Ricardo studied criminology as an undergraduate at the University of Toronto before attending Osgoode Hall Law School. He has practiced exclusively in criminal law since his call to the bar in 2014 and also has a strong background in legal research and advocacy. He is fluent in Spanish.
